The recent oods in York caused havoc with existing
properties in the city centre however this has not
a ected our development programme for this new
build 197 bedroom Aparthotel and two retail units and we
remain on programme to complete the construction in June 2016.
IBIS STYLES - READING - COMPLETED JAN 2016.
STAYCITY APARTHOTEL - HAYES - COMPLETED FEB 2016.
APPOINTMENT: PM/Interior Design
BRIEF: Rebranding of Travelodge into a 97 bedroom Ibis Styles Hotel
PROJECT VALUE: £670,000
CLIENT: Habro Properties ltd
Hectic time in December and work completed on budget with this project in between Christmas & New Year with the hotel now fully open & operational. Interstate Hotels are managing the hotel.
LAMINGTON APARTHOTEL -
SOUTHAMPTON.
APPOINTMENT: PM/QS
BRIEF: Conversion of existing building into a 71 bed Aparthotel
PROJECT VALUE: £4.0m
CLIENT: Lamington Serviced Apartments
Interior demolition is now complete & sample bedroom is being presented.
APPOINTMENT: Project Manager
BRIEF: Fit out of shell & core building into a 125 bedroom Staycity Aparthotel
PROJECT VALUE: £7.4m CLIENT: Ballymore Properties Ltd
Contract successfully completed & handed over end of February. Formally opening on the 1st March 2016.

The Hotel Golf Society is set for a great 2016, having booked days at; Burhill, West Herts, Burnham Beeches & Beacons eld golf clubs throughout the year. Members are being recruited in Feb/Mar & if you are interested in joining a group
