LAMINGTON APARTHOTEL – CHISWICK.
Zeal Projects are pleased to confirm their appointment on this exciting serviced apartment project in London. Lamington are based in Hammersmith and since 1967 have been a leading provider of both short & long term accommodation throughout West London. This additional project in London will add further rooms to their expanding inventory.
The development cost of this project is in the region of £8m. This property will provide 85 apartments and opening is scheduled for Q4 2016.

IBIS STYLES HOTEL – READING.
Zeal Projects is pleased to be appointed Interior Designer and Monitoring Surveyor on this project, which involves the conversion of a previous Travelodge hotel into a 99 bedroom Ibis Styles hotel. Accor have agreed to the new themed bedroom design & work has recently started on site. The hotel is scheduled to re-open this side of Christmas & Interstate Europe Hotels & Resorts is appointed to manage the hotel.
