The Brief
The development of Hampton by Hilton hotels in the UK is rapidly gathering pace and Zeal Projects is appointed on this development, which will be the first Hampton by Hilton hotel in Scotland. The brief includes; Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Interior Design and we are pleased to offer these in-house professional services to our developer client, SCOT Sheridan. This project is particularly challenging in that it combines the conversion of an existing 22,500 sq ft city centre office building with an additional storey of new build accommodation.

The development cost is in the region of £5.4m and the hotel will provide 88 bedrooms along with the associated F&B facilities. Opening is planned for Q1 2016.
