Zeal Projects are pleased to confirm their appointment as Project Manager & Quantity Surveyor for the development of this proposed 9-storey Aparthotel in Union Street, Aberdeen. Due to the high demand for accommodation in Aberdeen, this is the first of 2 proposed Beyonder Aparthotels in the centre of Aberdeen. Watch this space…

Our client, Central London Serviced Apartments successfully launched the “Beyonder” Aparthotel brand at the IHIF Hotel Conference in Berlin in March 2015. Fletcher Joseph were successful in superseding an earlier planning proposal and the scheme will now provide a mix of studio and 1 bed apartments arranged around an internal courtyard with a café/bar.

The development cost is in the region of £11.8m. This Aparthotel will provide a total of 96 rooms and opening is scheduled for Q1 2016.
